THE FRESH HOPE GARDEN PROJECT - IMPACT REPORT

The Fresh Hope Garden Project is a 12 month pilot we started with Project Grow and Cheltenham Community Flowers at the Community Rest Garden on the Tewkesbury Road to grow food and flowers for the The Fresh Hope Food Pantry at The Rock.

Why? Because everyone should get to choose GOOD FOOD no matter who you are or your circumstances. Often the people within our communities who need food support the most don't get a choice. Choice is empowerment and everyone deserves this in life.

We have hit six months* and take a look at what we have delivered so far:-

The project is working to prove the case for a more sustainable community food system growing chemical free plants and produce with flavour, with low food miles (less than 0.1miles from garden to pantry) and all delivered with minimal packaging and waste.

Thank you for your continued support!
